United Serving Seniors Program

United Serving Seniors gives United Hospital and your physician the opportunity to offer senior patients a special package of free and discounted services.

Free Parking

Four hours free parking in the United Hospital ramps anytime you have an outpatient medical appointment in the Doctors Professional Building, the St. Paul Heart and Lung Center, the Ritchie Medical Plaza, the Fort Road Medical Building or the hospital. Free parking is not valid for visiting, attending classes or support group meetings.

Your Serving Seniors card is also good for free valet parking up to four hours when receiving services at United. Valet parking is available from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday at the main entrance of the hospital and from noon to 10 p.m. at the Emergency Department entrance.

Free Beverage

We offer members a free 12-ounce poured beverage in the United Hospital cafeteria anytime the cafeteria is open.

Who is Eligible?

You can join Serving Seniors if:

• You are 62 years old or older and
• Your physician is a member of the United Hospital Serving Seniors program.

How do I Enroll?

If you would like to become a United Serving Senior and qualify, call the Serving Seniors office at 651-241-8787.

Changes to the Program

Serving Seniors temporary cards and number will no longer be valid after Sept.15, 2007. Please use your permanent card. If you need a replacement card, please contact the Serving Seniors automated application line at 651-241-8787.
