Aerobics
All aerobic classes are free of charge for ExerCare members.
Intermediate Fun Aerobics — Join us for a 45-minute class that includes
a variety of fun aerobics such as kickboxing, steps, salsa, etc. Intermediate
intensity/intermediate impact. Taught by Bernard.
BOSU Balance Training
This 45-minute class focuses on balance, core stability and proprioception training
as well as improving posture and functional movement. Morning classes are beginner to intermediate level. Monday morning classes are taught by Kris. Monday evening and Wednesday morning classes are taught by Stephanie. Thursday classes are for intermediate level and focus on strong strength and cardio components. Thursday classes are taught by Carly.
The Muscle Shop
This 45-minute class is a bit more challenging than other strength and stretch
classes. Uses weights and bands, etc., to tone all major muscle groups. Moderate
intensity/no impact. Ongoing, Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:45 - 4:30 p.m. Taught
by Joe.
Beginner Pilates
Pilates exercises are designed to strengthen the core by developing pelvic stability and abdominal control. In addition, the exercises improve flexibility, joint mobility and strength. It is a supervised program tailored to an individual's needs.
This 60-minute mat-based class is designed for beginning Pilates students and is presented Tuesdays at 4 p.m., beginning Mar. 11 through April 29.
Eight sessions for a fee of $90. Pre-registration and pre-payment are required.
