Cafeteria: The Focal Pointe Cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Vending
machines in the Cafe area offer snacks and beverages at all hours.
Coffee shop: The Eye Opener Coffee Shop serves cappuccino, espresso and
other gourmet beverages, as well as pastries and sandwiches.
Communication needs: American sign language and foreign language interpreters
are available with advanced notice. A TTY teletypewriter is also available. Call

Parking: You may park your vehicle in the ramp directly across the street
from the Institute on 24th Street and Park Avenue. Rates are posted. See
our parking map.
Security escorts: If you would like a security guard to bring you to your
vehicle in the parking ramp, ask a volunteer at the information desk to call Safety
and Security for you.
Smoke-free: The use of tobacco products is prohibited on our campus and
all other property owned and leased by Allina Hospitals & Clinics. This includes
parking ramps.
Transportation: If you’re having a procedure at Phillips Eye Institute
and cannot find or provide your own transportation, contact your ophthalmologist’s
office at least two days before your procedure to arrange transportation
