1. By phone
When you call, we’ll be happy to answer any questions and take your credit card donation. Simply, call Scott Palmer, executive director, at 507-444-6085. It’s easy. It’s fast. And it will make a difference.

2. By mail
Complete this form (requires Adobe Reader) and send it with your donation, so we can acknowledge and direct your gift.

3. Through planned giving
Make a gift through bequest provisions in a will, gift annuities, transfer of real estate, marketable securities or a life income agreement, such as a charitable remainder trust or a life insurance policy.

4. Telefundraising
From time to time, Owatonna Hospital Foundation engages in telefundraising campaigns to raise funds for various programs or services at Owatonna Hospital.

Beginning in July 2008, the Owatonna Hospital Foundation will be conducting a telephone campaign to raise financial support for the Expanding the Dream campaign.  This campaign is designed to create a "total healing environment" on both the inside and outside of the new hospital being constructed at 26th Street and I-35.   

Callers are Allina employees who may ask you to provide a credit card as a means of fulfilling your pledge. You may select this option or others as a means of making a gift. Our pledge to you is that all credit card information is kept confidential; it is never retained and is only used for your one time pledge in the amount of your choosing. We promise you that we never sell or trade any contact information.

Fundraising efforts will help to ensure the success of our projects aimed to giving the best care possible to our patients.
