Homestead Hospice House is a residential hospice located in Owatonna that provides personalized care in a welcoming home environment 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Eight private patient rooms and generous community areas are specifically designed for the needs of patients and caregivers.
Homestead means "a dwelling place; the place where one resides and lives; a restful and safe place; a sacred refuge; a place familiar and comfortable." The name was suggested by hospice volunteer, Susan Earlywine.
