Our Labor & Delivery RoomsOur Birthing Suites, designed for low and high risk births, can accommodate many choices and needs. Our birthing rooms are private and attractively decorated. Each room is furnished with cable television, VCR, comfortable furniture and private bathroom. The rooms are also equipped with electronic fetal monitors to monitor your baby during labor. Our delivery room is also available to provide the latest facilities for you and your baby. The room is large enough to accommodate multiple births and is equipped for cesarean birth. After your birth and a short observation time, you and your baby will move to our mother-baby care area.
Our Private Post-Partum Rooms
Our private room maternity and mother-baby care area provides mother-baby nursing. Your baby has been close to you for many months and thrives on the security of your familiar presence. Caring for your baby in your room gives you a wonderful opportunity to get to know your baby’s unique personality and to learn about or review infant care and feeding. Your nurse provides care for you and your baby in the comfort of your room. Breastfeeding and baby care is offered 24 hours a day by our highly trained staff. A lactation consultant is available to assist you with breastfeeding as well as our staff who are experts in their field.
ScreeningsNewborn hearing and metabolic screens are done prior to discharge to assure your baby has a healthy start. Car Seat InspectionsAnd, our on-site certified car seat technicians work with you to ensure your car seat meets all the standards, as well as show you how to buckle your infant into the carseat properly.
