Public transportation

Metro Transit — Bus route #540 stops on 78th Street, close to the Center for Outpatient Care. It is a rush-hour bus route, operating westbound during the morning rush and eastbound during the afternoon rush. The Mall of America is on the east end of the route.

Metro Mobility — You may qualify for Metro Mobility. To apply for Metro Mobility, you must complete an application form. Application forms are available by calling Metro Mobility at 651-602-1111 (TTY 651-221-9886). Certification for Metro Mobility takes up to 21 days, so you are advised to apply well before you need the service. Our clinic staff can assist you in applying for Metro Mobility.
