The Winthrop Area Clinic is a full-service clinic with basic onsite lab and radiology capabilities. Winthrop Area Clinic opened its doors December 3, 2007, and is staffed 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with extended hours until 6 p.m. on Monday.
A team of physicians, a nurse practitioner and staff bring top of the line healthcare to the Winthrop residents and workforce. Stephen Gilles, MD, sees patients Monday and Wednesday mornings; Charles Stephens, MD, sees patients Tuesday mornings; Kathy Kobbermann, MD and Kara Jorve, MD, will alternately see patients Thursday mornings. Nurse Practitioner Michelle Owens sees patients every afternoon and all day Fridays.
