The compassionate New Ulm Home Care and Hospice staff deliver in-home services for those with acute illness, prolonged health conditions, permanent disability or terminal illness.

Our supportive team consists of a broad spectrum of specialties including nurses, home health aides and homemakers, physical and occupational therapists, speech-language therapists, a social worker, a chaplain and volunteers.
During what can be a stressful time not only for the patient but the entire family, our goal is to provide compassionate care thereby bringing peace and comfort to all who may be affected by the patient’s illness.
Office hours for the Home Care Department are 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, and a nurse is on call evenings, weekends and holidays.
The New Ulm Home Care and Hospice program is licensed by the State of Minnesota, is Medicare Certified and is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospital Organizations (JCAHO).
