Nicole Baker, CNP, joins Allina Medical Clinic - Fridley OB/GYN
FRIDLEY, Minn. 12/01/2008--Allina Medical Clinic - Fridley OB/GYN welcomes Nicole Baker, CNP (certified nurse practitioner), to its staff. Baker concentrates her work in women's health.
Baker graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor's degree in nursing. She started her nursing career at Allina's Abbott Northwestern Hospital as a staff registered nurse on a post-surgical gynecological floor.
"I enjoyed caring for this patient population during my time at Abbott. And I've always had a passion for women's health, so I pursued continuing my education in this area," Baker said. "I completed my master's degree at the University of Minnesota where I studied women's health. I am interested in all aspects of women's health, but specifically preventative health, adolescent health, contraception, and infertility."
Bakers says she joined AMC because she saw the high standards that were expected from their providers. "I knew my patients would get excellent care. I am dedicated and enthusiastic about my new career and helping women obtain the best health possible. I know I can do that at Allina Medical Clinic - Fridley OB/GYN."
