Natural Meds is a database with clinically relevant, fulltext information on natural medicines, herbal and non-herbal supplements. Over 1,000 monographs include information on common names for supplements, what patients are using them for, pharmacokinetics, all known interactions, safety and effectiveness ratings, alternate and brand names, ingredients, and patient education handouts. All entries cite the medical literature. There is also a brand name index, which will detail the active ingredients in particular brands of supplements, as well as provide manufacturer information.
