Micromedex

General:

Micromedex is a drug information database system. It includes several different databases, including DrugDex and AltDex, which contain entire books on individual drugs and herbal supplements, the Physician's Desk Reference (PDR), and a patient education system called CareNotes, with patient drug leaflets.

Access:  

Access is available from the Allina Library Services web page (www.allina.com/library), if you are on a computer on the Allina network. Call the Allina Library Services 612-863-4312 to inquire about remote access if you are Allina Hospitals & Clinics affiliated medical staff or pharmacist.
