Monticello
GALA (loss of spouse)
This organization is open to any widow or widower who needs to know that there are others that have experienced the same trauma. This is not a dating service, nor a typical grief support group, but a band of caring individuals that realize that life goes on, and it's possible to smile again. Through fellowship and friendship, all try to make the transition period a little smoother. The group meets for dinners, cards, work on crafts, tours, games, bowling, shopping and various sport events.
