Grief education series
Kok Funeral Homes and area churches sponsor a six-week grief education series.
When: Twice a year in the Fall and Spring, 7:00-9:00 p.m.

Hastings

Grief education and support
The Hastings Area Grief Coalition sponsors regular grief education and support group sessions. for anyone grieving the death of a significant person. "In a respectful Christian atmosphere, this coalition welcomes all people with opportunities to understand and express their own grief experience." (Quote from their brochure.)
When: Thursdays, 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Red Wing

Adult Grief Support Group
Registration is required for this support group series sponsored by Fairview Red Wing Home Care and Hospice.
When: Twice per year in the Fall and Spring, 5:00-7:30 p.m.

Woodbury

Grief Support Group
This group is a 5-week education and support program for adults who have experienced the loss of a loved one.
When: Call for dates.

Energy Healing for the Grieving Heart
This class for adults provides information and techniques for alleviating stress related to grief and transitions.
When: Mondays, April 14 - May 19, 6:30-8:30 p.m. (6 weeks)
Workshop Location: Oak Center, 1825 Woodwinds Drive (same drive as Woodwinds Hospital, but a seperate building, to your left immediately after you turn onto the drive)
Registration:call Health Care Connection at 651-326-2273 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Fee: $120, cash or check will be accepted on the first night of class.
