Grief education and support series
The Downtown Coalition for Grief Support, comprised of downtown faith communities, sponsors this series. Each meeting includes an educational presentation or a personal story of grief and recovery, and small group discussions.
When: Weekly, Saturday 9:30-10:00 a.m, registration and hospitality; 10:00-10:30, speaker; 10:30- 11:30 discussion groups.

Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Group
For any parent hwo has experienced the loss of an INFANT through miscarriage, stillbirth, or early neonatal loss.

Family Grief Support Program meets twice a year on Thursday evenings, 6:30-8 p.mp Programs are offered for bereaved parents, siblings ages 4 to 18, extended family members.
Daytime Grief Group.A daytime grief group for bereaved parents meets every other Wednesday morning from 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. Childcare is available for pre-school children. Participants must make a commitment to the entire series.

SID Parent Support Group. This group is for newly bereaved parents. Meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday evenings from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. at CHildren's in the Family Resource Center (Minneapolis campus). Contact 612-813-6285.
Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support Group. For parents who have experienced a perinatal loss. This group meets the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month on the St. Paul campus. Registration is required; however, there is no fee. Contact 651-241-6206 for more information.
Transforming Grief Into Growth
Join us for a five week series offering individuals and families information, insights, understanding and support thru the grief process. Various topics will be discussed ranging from; what is the grief process, our emotions, communication, healthy ways of taking care of us as well as goal setting & rebuilding our lives. It is important that you attend all of the sessions. Please allow yourself 4 weeks after a death before attending this group.

The Grief Journey
HealthPartners Hospice of the Lakes & Palliative Care Adult Grief Education and Support Program. Three times through the calendar year this 6-week bereavement support group is offered at various locations around the Twin Cities Metro area.

Compassionate Friend
The mission of The Compassionate Friend is to assist families in the positive resolution of grief following the death of a child of any age, and to provide information to help others be supportive. If you have had a child die at any age, from birth to adult, these meetings are for you. We are an international, nonprofit, self-help support organization with almost 600 chapters. There is no religious affiliation. Parents, grandparents, siblings (over age 12), extended family, and visitors are welcome.
When: The third Monday of every month, from 7-9 PM.
