Young Widowed Grief Support Program
The Coalition of Metropolitan Hospice Programs sponsors monthly, Sunday afternoon education and support meetings, direct mailings, speakers and/or small groups.

Ages 55 and older
Widowed Persons’ Service AARP sponsors a number of programs for people who have lost a spouse. They include peer counseling, information meetings, and monthly socials (dinners, breakfasts, coffee at restaurants). Some activities are just for men or just for women.

WOW (Widow or Widower)
This social group is for widowed adults, ages 55 and older.
Where: Locations vary throughout St. Paul.
