Residency
Schedule:	September 8, 2009 - September 6, 2010 (Abbott Northwestern Hospital) filled September 8, 2009 - June 4, 2010 (United Hospital) filled
Salary:	$26,300 (plus about $3,000 for on call coverage pay) for twelve-month program at ANW; $19,700 (plus about $2,200 for on call coverage pay) for nine-month program at United. Part of salary may be designated as non-taxable housing if ordained or commissioned
Benefits:	Medical and dental insurance; 9 holidays; 10 days vacation; 6 days sick leave (at Abbott Northwestern Hospital or nine-month equivalent at United Hospital)
Tuition:	$700 first unit, $350 subsequent units. Program includes: four (4) units of ACPE accredited CPE at Abbott Northwestern Hosptial or three (3) units at United Hospital. Responsibilities include periodic evening/night and weekend on-call and evening in-house coverage.

Supervisory Residency
Stipend:	$33,600; part of stipend may be designated as non-taxable housing (ANW only) - filled

Tuition:	$300 first unit; $150 subsequent units
