Program QualificationsThe Allina Graduate Nurse Residency Program is designed for new graduates of accredited associates or bachelors RN programs. The requirements for application are as follows:
Program DetailsAllina Hospitals & Clinics Graduate Nurse Residency Program is a 12 month planned first work experience that provides graduates of nursing programs with the necessary learning and development needed to fulfill the nursing role. All professional nurses, including new graduates, are accountable for their actions and practice. This program supports Graduate Nurses with the transition from student nurse to professional RN.
