Excellence at WorkKathy Kram, RN April Employee of the MonthIt’s not easy to step into a new work environment and be helpful and productive right from the start but Kathy Kram has got that down to a fine art. As a clinic ‘float nurse,’ Kathy moves from clinic to clinic, assisting where needed. She is flexible, dependable and patient focused. Her ability to adapt quickly to new situations is also one of the reasons she has achieved ‘super user’ or expert status for understanding the clinic’s electronic medical record system and teaching others about it.
