Expectations and activities - At Park House, we expect our clients to come
in at least once a week to participate in planned activities, as outlined in their
treatment plan. Most activities are group-based, but some individual treatment
is available.
Personal goal setting - Each client works with his or her treatment coordinator
to set affirming goals, then match those goals with appropriate program activities.
Daily care – Park House provides these services, Monday through Thursday,
9 a.m. to 4 p.m.:
recreational and complementary therapies
emotional support and psychotherapy
medical, nutritional and personal support
Professionals and volunteers – Park House’s professional staff carries
out our programs and services. They include a psychologist, a registered nurse
and a certified therapeutic recreation specialist.
