Diabetes Center

Abbott Northwestern’s Diabetes Center has closed and transitioned its services to Allina Medical Clinic’s Diabetes Education Program, effective Nov. 7, 2008.

As a result of the transition, diabetic patients will see an increased level of service, including:

• Access to education at 25 locations across the Twin Cities metro area
• Longer hours in which to make appointments
• Continued high-quality education from Certified Diabetic Educators.

Allina Medical Clinic welcomes patient referrals from all doctor groups. Education participants need not be or become Allina Medical Clinic patients. To schedule an appointment, call Allina Medical Clinic - Isles at 612-775-4800.
