Sleep Assessment

Simple questions to determine if you have a sleep disorder

Many of the millions of Americans who experience sleep disturbances don't know what resources are available to help them. A few simple questions will help determine if you are a candidate for a visit to Abbott Northwestern's Sleep Center.

Sleep Assessment

Do any of the following apply to you:

  • snore loudly
  • stop breathing or gasp for breath during sleep
  • feel sleepy or doze off while watching TV, reading, driving or engaged in daily activities
  • have difficulty sleeping three nights a week or more
  • feel unpleasant, tingling, creeping feelings or nervousness in your legs when trying to sleep?

If you have one or more of the above symptoms, you may have a sleep disorder.

To schedule a consultation or for more information about Abbott Northwestern's Sleep Center, call 612-863-4516.
