Abbott Northwestern is one of the few hospital to offer short-term, behavioral health treatment as an alternative to inpatient hospitalization. The Partial Hospital
Program is for patients who have adequate support at home or in their community for them to return to a safe environment each evening.
Program Structure
The Partial Hospital Program provides therapeutic services five days a week during the day. The program provides structured services, including group and family
therapy. Patients return home in the evenings and on weekends.
