As we care for your health, we learn about you. To protect your privacy, we follow certain rules about handling your health information.

If you have questions about our privacy practices, please contact us:

  • If you think your privacy rights have been violated, or if you disagree with a decision about any of your rights, you may file a complaint. Please know you will not be penalized for filing a complaint.
