A multiple CVA (cerebrovascular accident) means several small (lacunar) strokes happen in a short time on both sides of your brain.
You may feel weakness or loss of feeling on either side of your body.
In addition to changes that occur in left CVA (left-sided stroke) and right CVA (right-sided stroke), you may also develop confusion and/or dementia.
