Stroke Support Group

This group offers emotional support and education to stroke survivors and their care partners. It meets in the Founders Mall Room on the first floor of Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

When:   second Wednesday of each month, 2 to 3:30 p.m.
