Heart Transplant Support Group

Group is designed to support and educate persons coping with issues related to waiting for transplant and life changes post transplant. This support group is for people on heart waiting lists and their families. Please call for more information or to sign up for a meeting.

When: every Thursday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.
