Diabetes Support Group

Anyone whose life is affected by diabetes is welcome to attend to this group sponsored by Allina Medical Clinic - Diabetes Education.

Thursday evening meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. and end at about 7:30 p.m. Group participants run the meetings, selecting topics and inviting guest speakers.

Topics of discussion may include:

• mental health and diabetes
• exercises and physical activity
• cardiovascular diagnostics and exams

When:   Last Thursday of the month, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. (September to May)
