Third trimester: How you may feel emotionally

This part of your pregnancy brings some emotional ups and downs.

  • You may feel frightened about labor.
  • You may be increasingly aware of your dependence on your partner.
  • You may be impatient for your baby to arrive.
  • You may be worried that you'll never see your knees again.

Sharing your feelings with other mothers-to-be in your childbirth classes and in other parenting classes may feel especially rewarding.

Remember to let your partner know how you are feeling, too.
