About exercise

Continue your exercises.

Don't exercise while lying on your back now. Most pregnancy exercises have an alternate position, like lying on your side or being on all fours. See Exercises -- pregnancy, labor, and birth.

About nutrition

Eat what you and your baby need to stay healthy. See Nutrition -- pregnancy for guidelines.

You should be gaining one-half to one pound each week.
