Third trimester - Months 6 to 9 - Weeks 27 to 40+
These last three months of pregnancy prepare you for the upcoming birth. You may feel uncomfortable because your baby and your uterus are so large. Your baby is stretching and moving, trying to find room in an increasingly cramped uterus. You are both getting ready for this to be over.
