Learning about labor and birth
There are many ways you can find the information you want and need. You can:
- Accompany your partner to prenatal visits and talk with her health care provider.
- Read books on pregnancy, labor and fatherhood.
- Talk to male friends who have children.
- Talk to your father.
- Read all the information about pregnancy in the Pregnancy Condition Center.
- Talk to your partner.
- Attend prenatal classes and prepared childbirth classes.
- Attend expectant father classes.
