For dads and partners: How are you feeling?
Maybe no one has asked you that in a long time. But your partner probably gets asked every 10 minutes.
Your good health is especially important right now. Just like your partner, you should be...
- eating nutritious meals
- getting adequate rest
- trying to exercise regularly
- avoiding smoking
If you smoke, quit or smoke outside. It's best not to smoke with a newborn in the house. Even secondhand smoke is dangerous.
Remember. Your partner and your new baby are counting on you to provide support and energy.
