Joining a twin or triplet group

Once you've made it through the first trimester of a multiple pregnancy, consider joining a twin or triplet support group in your area.

Members of these groups can give you a good idea of what you can look forward to in the months ahead. They can help you to figure out what you need to do before the babies are born, giving helpful suggestions about things you might not think about on your own. And it's always helpful to realize that you're not alone as you come closer to giving birth to more than one child.
