Immunizations: Missed doses?
At three months of age, your infant does not need additional immunizations. However, if he or she did not receive the two month immunizations, they should begin now.
Missed doses in an immunization series need only be given at the next available opportunity. It is not necessary to start the series over again.
Schedules, fact sheets and recordsThe federal and state governments provide schedules and fact sheets about childhood immunizations. Your health care provider should explain these schedules and give you a fact sheet about each immunization. Read this information thoroughly before your child is immunized.

Your doctor will maintain a record of your child's immunizations. But you should keep a separate record of them. This will be especially helpful if you move or switch clinics and will be needed when your child starts school.
