Immunizations until about 2 months
Your baby should not need any immunizations after the newborn period until about two months of age.
Hepatitis B You child may start receiving the hepatitis B vaccine either at birth or at two months of age with the other vaccinations. No other vaccinations are usually given at this time. (Hepatitis B is the second most common form of viral hepatitis.)
Vaccination schedules and fact sheets Your health care provider should explain your child's vaccination schedule and give you a fact sheet about each immunization. Read this information thoroughly before your child is immunized.
Your doctor will maintain a record of your child's immunizations. But you should keep a separate record of them. This will be especially helpful if you move or switch clinics.
