From the north Take I-35E south to I-94 West. Take I-94 West to Marion Street Exit. Turn left at the top of the exit ramp on Western Street. Cross I-94 to Concordia Avenue. Turn left onto Concordia and follow it to Kellogg Blvd. Follow Kellogg Blvd. To Smith Avenue. Turn right onto Smith Avenue. Take Smith Avenue several blocks and the hospital is on the right. The hospital is a red brick building. From the south Take I-35 E north. Take the Grand Avenue Exit. Turn right on Grand Avenue. (The Emergency Entrance is on the left.) Take Grand Avenue to Smith Avenue. Turn left on Smith Avenue. Pharmacy is located on the first floor of United Hospital near the lobby. The main entrance of the hospital is on the left, across from the Doctor's Professional Building. The hospital is a red brick building. From the west Take I-94 East to Marion Street exit. Go straight on Concordia Avenue Kellogg Blvd. Continue on Kellogg to Smith Avenue. Turn right on Smith Avenue. Take Smith Avenue several blocks and the hospital is on the right. The hospital is a red brick building. Once at the Hospital Enter the United Hospital lobby. Stay on the left side of the lobby and walk to the end of the lobby. Take the hallway to the emergency rooms and radiology. The Outpatient Pharmacy is the first cutout on the left side. If entering at the Emergency Room Entrance Come in the emergency room door. Take the hallway straight ahead of you. Turn left at the end of the hallway. Go past the elevators. Take a right. The Outpatient Pharmacy is on the left.
