Prepared Childbirth (Cambridge, Minnesota)

Using the Lamaze� approach to prepared childbirth, the classes focus on relaxation and breathing for labor and delivery. A tour of Cambridge Medical Center's Maternity Care Center is included. Four Wednesday evenings 6 to 9 p.m.. The $75 cost is reduced to $50 if you plan to deliver your baby at Cambridge Medical Center.
