Movement for Healthy Joints - Rosen Method Movement (Minneapolis, Minnesota)

These classes, developed by Marion Rosen, PT, and led by Majorie Huebner, Rosen Movement teacher, are about being aware of your body moving, feeling your body moving and relaxing your body as it moves.

We will move all the joints of the body in easy, fun and simple ways designed to lubricate the joints, relax the muscles and allow more ease in breathing. We use music to help us move and to feel ourselves in the movements. By moving together as a group we offer each other support and community.

The cost for this series of four classes is $59. The first class is Thursday, November 17 from 7 to 8 p.m.. To register or for more information, call 612-863-3333. Allina Hospitals & Clinics employees receive a 15 percent discount.
