Integrative Medicine Lecture Series

This is one of nine lectures by Gary Carlson, MD, a physician on staff at the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing. Each offering in this series is a self-contained lecture, followed by a brief question and answer period. You can attend any one or combination of lectures; however, the classes will build on each other and reinforce key concepts. Other lectures in the series include:

All classes meet Thursdays, 4:45 to 5:45 p.m. Medical professionals may earn 1 continuing education credit per lecture. The cost is $15 each. Register for all nine and receive a 10 percent discount.

Now that you know what to eat, learn how to stick to it. We will explore the psychology of eating using the bestselling book, "The End of Overeating," as a resource.

Dr. Carlson is board certified in holistic medicine and family medicine. He also is board eligible in medical acupuncture.

Medical professionals may earn 1 continuing education credit by attending the 4:45 to 5:45 p.m. lecture on Thursday, October 29. The fee is $15 or register for all nine and receive a 10 percent discount. Allina Hospitals & Clinics employees receive a 15 percent discount.
