Basic ECG Identification for Allied Health Professionals (Minneapolis, Minnesota)

This two-and-a-half-day course -- Thursdays, June 11, 18 and 25 -- is for the health care professional whose job involves the identification of cardiac rhythms, such as recognizing dysrhythmia.

At the conclusion of this course, participants should be able to:

describe and recognize the features of normal sinus rhythms and abnormal rhythms on several ECG samples
identify pacemaker functioning on several ECG samples.
describe key ethical elements to consider in an arrhythmia-related case study, as well as potential resources to help address them.
complete a final evaluation and written exam.

The $150 fee includes course materials, parking and the opportunity to earn up to 18.25 hours of continuing education credit.
