Basic ECG Identification for Allied Health Professionals (Minneapolis, Minnesota)

This two-and-a-half-day course -- Thursdays, June 11, 18 and 25 -- is for the health care professional whose job involves the identification of cardiac rhythms, such as recognizing dysrhythmia.

At the conclusion of this course, participants should be able to:

  • describe and recognize the features of normal sinus rhythms and abnormal rhythms on several ECG samples
  • identify pacemaker functioning on several ECG samples.
  • describe key ethical elements to consider in an arrhythmia-related case study, as well as potential resources to help address them.
  • complete a final evaluation and written exam.

The $150 fee includes course materials, parking and the opportunity to earn up to 18.25 hours of continuing education credit.
