Acupressure for Family and Self Care (Minneapolis, Minnesota)
 This course will introduce you to the basic use of acupressure for common health concerns. In this class on Thursday, September 3, 6 to 9 p.m., you will learn:
- the location of helpful acupuncture points
- how to stimulate the points using pressure
- the combination of points for a particular symptom
- resources on line and in print that will help you relieve your symptoms and restore your health.
The class costs $45 and offers health care professionals three continuing education credits. Allina Hospitals & Clinics employees receive a 15 percent discount.
