Cranberry coolers and fruit smoothiesEnjoy these beverages on a warm spring or hot summer day.
Cranberry coolersIngredients
- 4 cups (1 quart) cranberry juice
- 1 1/2 cups club soda
Directions
- Combine cranberry juice and club soda.
- Pour over ice.
- Chill.

Fruit smoothiesMakes two servings.
Ingredients
- 1 medium to large banana
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
- 1 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries
- 1/4 cup sugar substitute
Directions
- Peel and cut banana into large chunks.
- Place in resealable bag. Seal and freeze for at least 5 to 6 hours.
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
