Refresher Childbirth & Parenting
A class designed for parents who have previously attended a childbirth class. Includes information on labor and birth, breathing and relaxation techniques, the role of the labor companion, medications and sibling relationships. It is recommended you complete your class no later then one month prior to your due date. Please enroll in the classes of your choice now as they fill quickly.
Medical Assistance Health Plans cover the cost of some of these classes. All other types of insurance holders must check with your insurance company regarding reimbursement by your respective health plan after full payment and attendance of class.
Abbott Northwestern Hospital participants:
Please note, the New Brother New Sister is the second session of this two part series. The first class 6:00pm - 9:00pm is for parents only and the second session is 6:00pm - 7:30pm for parents and siblings.
Mercy, Unity, United and St. Francis Hospital participants:
Please register for a New Brother New Sister class separately from your Refresher Childbirth & Parenting class.
