Participants will fill out a heart and stroke questionnaire, have a blood pressure check, and a blood test for total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides and blood sugar. A personalized risk analysis report will evaluate your risk of heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and stroke
