Yoga Fitness - Prenatal

Now that you are expecting, it is time to think about your physical and mental health. Women who exercise their minds and bodies during pregnancy have an increased feeling of well-being and heal more readily after the baby is born.


Prenatal Yoga Fitness will help you with many relaxation and stress management techniques, as well as special toning and stretching exercises. It is truely an entire body and soul experience. The course is led by a nationally certified Yoga instructor. You must have written permission from your Health Care Provider to attend the class.

This class runs for 6 weeks, once a week for two hours. Class includes a short question, answer, and education piece. Please bring a yoga mat and water to drink to class.

Discounted Yoga Classes @ St Francis:
Initial session: no discount
Two sessions: 10% discount
Three or more sessions: 25% discount
This is for both Prenatal Yoga and Yoga Bonding or any combination of them.
