This three-hour course is designed for family members and other laypersons who want to learn rescue skills for loved ones. It teaches skills in relief of foreign body airway obstruction and cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for adults, children and infants. The course also covers signs and symptoms of heart attack and stroke, along with safety and prevention of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS).

Since no written or skills test is required, participants will receive a card of participation, but not certification. If you need certification, complete the Basic CPR Heartsaver course.
