Food Allergies

What is a food allergy?
A food allergy is an exaggerated immune response triggered by eggs, peanuts, milk, or some other specific food. Any food can cause an allergic reaction, but a few foods are the main culprits.

Foodborne Illnesses

Food poisoning is the result of eating organisms or toxins in contaminated food. It can affect one person or it can occur as an outbreak in a group of people who all ate the same contaminated food.
