Tarragon chicken

Instead of salt, this recipe is seasoned with herbs and other healthful flavors.

Ingredients

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup onion, diced
1 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 tablespoon parsley
1/4 cup unsalted almonds, sliced
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 can Campbell'sŪ Ready-to-Serve Low Sodium Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup low fat milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place the chicken pieces in a baking dish.
  3. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and pour over the chicken.
  4. Bake for 1 hour or until fully cooked.
