Italian salad dressing
Use this flavorful, low-salt combination as a marinade or to enhance salad.
Ingredients1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid.
- Shake well and refrigerate.
- Use on salads or as a marinade.
